Reform Education

Our education system is in desperate need of positive change. Alarmingly, our legislators stood by and did nothing when the NCAA threatened to boycott our state over transgender sports, instead letting the NCAA dictate policy reserved to elected officials. In 2021 my opponent voted against the Save Women’s Sports Act, which would have protected middle and high school girls by preventing boys from playing on girls’ sports teams and using their locker rooms.

This is unconscionable.

I will be an advocate for our kids. I will sponsor legislation to ban “critical race theory.” I will do the same for banning the sexual indoctrination of our children. I will also be an advocate for school choice. The power of competition and choice will encourage both private and public schools to improve education throughout our state, and discourage the misuse and unjust allocation of state funding.
