Reform the Election System
The questions about the fairness of the 2020 general election are serious enough that every representative in every state should have pushed for investigations and audits. We should not have voting machines that our state is not allowed to inspect. We should not have all of our state’s voter registration data in a single database, subject to a single point of hacking. How often have we heard of hacking in private companies? We should not use Zuckerberg (Facebook!) electronic voter rolls. We should not use a voter registration “cleanup” application founded by George Soros. Our legislature should also not use these problems as an excuse to take control away from the counties and centralize all decisions at the state level.
